- Start by dicing the potatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until it’s no longer pink.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Fold in the diced potatoes along with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat.
- Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
Serving
- Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired, then serve warm.
Notes
