Preparation

Grilling
  1. Place the zucchini slices directly on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
Assembly
  1. While the zucchini is grilling, take your wraps and layer fresh spinach or lettuce in the center.
  2. Add a generous scoop of chickpeas, a sprinkle of crumbled feta, and the grilled zucchini.
Final Steps
  1. Carefully fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling, then fold the sides inward, and roll the wrap tightly.
  2. Slice the wrap diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.
