Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub the swordfish steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, and fresh cilantro. Stir gently and set aside.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to a high heat (about 400°F).
  2. Place the swordfish steaks on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove the swordfish from the grill and place on a serving platter.
  2. Top with the mango salsa and enjoy immediately!
