Method
Marinating the Chicken
- In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add chicken cubes, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preparing the Skewers
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving space for even cooking. Optionally, add veggies like bell peppers or zucchini.
Grilling the Skewers
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- A couple of minutes before chicken is done, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on each skewer and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
Serving
- Remove skewers from the grill and let them cool slightly. Serve with dipping sauce or alongside a salad.
Notes
