  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish) For a fresh pop of color.
  • Bread for dipping Crusty bread is recommended.

Preparation
  1. Prepare your ingredients: Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded cheddar cheese. Use a spatula or hand mixer to blend until smooth.
  3. Add the liquids: Gradually stir in the milk, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Season it up: Add garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Heat it up: Transfer your mixture into a baking dish or an oven-safe skillet. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Garnish and serve: Once out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly. Top with chopped parsley for color and flavor, and you’re ready to serve!

Notes

This Grilled Cheese Dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. If you’re looking to keep it for a longer period, you can freeze it for up to a month. Reheating options include warming in the oven or microwave.
