  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the marinated chicken to the griddle and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; then, transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions.

Notes

For ingredient substitutions, try turkey breast or tofu. Avoid overcrowding the griddle to ensure proper searing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in a skillet over low heat for best results.
