Method
Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients and wash and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces if using fresh fruits.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well until it's smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the prepared fruits gently into the yogurt mixture, ensuring even distribution.
Molding
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them up to the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If necessary, freeze for about 30 minutes before inserting the sticks.
Freezing
- Cover the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull the pops out.
Notes
Store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. Enjoy them straight out of the freezer without reheating.
