Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or sugar Adjust based on your sweetness preference
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (e.g., berries, diced mango, or diced peaches) Chop into bite-sized pieces

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and wash and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces if using fresh fruits.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well until it's smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the prepared fruits gently into the yogurt mixture, ensuring even distribution.
Molding
  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them up to the top.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If necessary, freeze for about 30 minutes before inserting the sticks.
Freezing
  1. Cover the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  2. To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull the pops out.

Notes

Store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. Enjoy them straight out of the freezer without reheating.
