Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and the egg. Mix until fully combined.
- Shape the turkey mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving with the tzatziki sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently to maintain moisture.
