Preparation
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a little butter.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to restore gooeyness.
