Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and one egg. Mix until it forms a thick batter.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan and evenly spread the batter into the bottom.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, remaining egg, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently pour the filling mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Baking
- Place the pan into the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, until the edges are golden brown while the center remains soft and gooey.
Cooling and Serving
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar for that extra touch of sweetness!
