  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For cooking.
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the cooking process easier.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced golden steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until browned. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove the steak from the pan and set it aside.
Scrambling the Eggs
  1. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil, then crack in the eggs. Scramble them for about 2 minutes until they're just set. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Sautéing the Vegetables
  1. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Combining Everything
  1. Return the steak and scrambled eggs to the pan. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Final Touch
  1. Stir in the chopped green onions and taste for seasoning, adjusting with salt and pepper if necessary.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of soy sauce for best results.
