Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or a non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until smooth.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the Golden Grahams cereal until well coated.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
  7. Let them cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days, refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if desired.
