Preparation
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or a non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until smooth.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Golden Grahams cereal until well coated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
- Let them cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days, refrigerated for up to 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if desired.
