Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
- Roll the cheese mixture into small balls, about the size of a cherry.
- Dip each cheese ball into the breadcrumbs until well-coated.
- Place the coated cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey once baked and still warm.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven (350°F or 175°C) for 10 minutes for the best texture.
