Ingredients
  

For the Gelatin Layer
  • 1 cup gelatin Choose Halal-certified products.
  • 2 cups fruit juice (berry, mango, or your choice) Feel free to experiment with different flavors.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm water For dissolving gelatin.
For the Cream Layer
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can use coconut whipped cream for a dairy-free option.
  • to taste Fresh fruit for garnish For additional decoration and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix 2 cups of your favorite fruit juice with 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of gelatin with 1 cup of warm water until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into the fruit juice mixture. Stir well to combine.
  4. Slowly pour this mixture into your chosen dessert glasses or bowls, filling them about half-full. Place them in the fridge to chill for about 2 – 3 hours, or until set.
  5. In another bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Once the gelatin is set, spoon the whipped cream over the top of each glass, creating a beautiful layer.
  7. Finish it off with fresh fruit on top for that extra pop of color and return to the fridge to chill for another hour.

Notes

Storage: Keep covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to a month in an airtight container. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
