Preparation
- In a bowl, mix 2 cups of your favorite fruit juice with 1 cup of sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of gelatin with 1 cup of warm water until fully dissolved.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the fruit juice mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Slowly pour this mixture into your chosen dessert glasses or bowls, filling them about half-full. Place them in the fridge to chill for about 2 – 3 hours, or until set.
- In another bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Once the gelatin is set, spoon the whipped cream over the top of each glass, creating a beautiful layer.
- Finish it off with fresh fruit on top for that extra pop of color and return to the fridge to chill for another hour.

Notes
Storage: Keep covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to a month in an airtight container. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
