Preparation

- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add the melted butter, allowing it to coat the bottom evenly.

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. No lumps allowed!
Baking
- Carefully pour the batter into the prepared baking dish over the melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and puffed.
Serving
- Remove the pancakes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with your choice of toppings like fresh fruit or maple syrup.
Notes
Store leftovers at room temperature for a few hours, or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes or in the microwave for 30 seconds. Freeze for up to a month with parchment paper between layers.
