  • 2 lbs chicken wings Make sure they are thawed if frozen!
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter This will create a luscious sauce.
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced The star of the show!
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For that irresistible cheesy flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper To season.
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped Optional, for garnishing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For perfect crispiness, dry the wings before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
