Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
- Add salt and pepper to the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For perfect crispiness, dry the wings before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
