- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken breast into the garlic mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Press the grated Parmesan cheese onto both sides of the chicken to create a nice crust.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
