Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely incorporated.
- Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about the size of a golf ball. This should yield around 15-20 bites, depending on how big you make them.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it. Place the formed bites onto the sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Once cooked, allow them to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them and they will last up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
