Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef (ensure it's Halal)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated (use freshly grated for more flavor!)
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs (Italian-style for extra seasoning)
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Creamy dipping sauce (like ranch or garlic aioli) Your choice
  • Fresh parsley For garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely incorporated.
  3. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, about the size of a golf ball. This should yield around 15-20 bites, depending on how big you make them.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it. Place the formed bites onto the sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Once cooked, allow them to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them and they will last up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
