  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add more for an extra cheesy flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the potatoes if desired, and cut them into uniform fries, aiming for about 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat them dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the dried potato fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the seasoned fries in a single layer in the fryer basket and air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once the fries reach your desired crispness, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For freezing, arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring to a zip-top bag.
