- Start by boiling a pot of salted water. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Increase the heat to high. Add the sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Sear each side for about 2-3 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Lower the heat to medium. Add the boiled noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to coat everything in that glorious garlic butter sauce. Allow it to cook for another 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley. If you love a bit of heat, sprinkle some chili flakes on top.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a skillet adding a splash of water or extra butter to revive flavors.
