Preparation
- Soften your butter by taking it out of the fridge and letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
- Wash the parsley, remove the stems, and chop it finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Blend all ingredients together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust salt or garlic quantity if needed.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container. It can be shaped into a log for presentation.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Allow to soften at room temperature before serving.
