Preparation
  1. Ensure shrimp tails are properly deveined and patted dry.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add shrimp tails, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink.
  2. Flip shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side.
  3. Squeeze in lemon juice while the shrimp are still sizzling.
  4. Toss in freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently on low heat to maintain tenderness.
