Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut down the center of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the end. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out, resting it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and simmer for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, drizzle with garlic butter sauce, and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Bake the lobster tails for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serving
- Remove the lobster tails from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with extra garlic butter for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 5-10 minutes.
