Preparation
- Begin by patting dry the chicken thighs with paper towels for crispy skin.
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub this seasoning all over the chicken thighs.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, stirring until fragrant for about 1 minute.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down into the skillet and sear without moving them for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the thighs and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste with some melted garlic butter during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, don't overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking and a perfect sear. For flavor, you can add lemon zest or your favorite spices.
