  1. Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it’s completely melted and begins to foam.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant—be careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the chicken and sprinkle with dried parsley for that extra flavor burst.
