Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed Ensure it's Halal-compliant.
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut it into small squares, roughly 3x3 inches.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Carefully pull the corners of the dough over the cheese, pinching to seal completely. Ensure there are no openings.
Garlic Butter Coating
  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the sealed dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each bomb.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Enjoy the cheesy goodness paired with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

If any leftovers remain, store in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze before baking and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
