Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut it into small squares, roughly 3x3 inches.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Carefully pull the corners of the dough over the cheese, pinching to seal completely. Ensure there are no openings.
Garlic Butter Coating
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the sealed dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each bomb.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy the cheesy goodness paired with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
If any leftovers remain, store in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze before baking and reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
