Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 can 16.3 oz of Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Remove the Pillsbury biscuits from the can and separate them. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place about a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching it closed to form a ball. Ensure that no cheese is visible.
Coating and Baking
  1. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Place the cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each ball with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once out of the oven, slather on more garlic butter if desired, and serve warm!

Notes

These cheese balls can be frozen uncooked. Just thaw and bake when you're ready! Serve with a garden salad, ranch dip, or marinara sauce.
