For the Baked Brie
  • 1 round Brie cheese Opt for high-quality Brie for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Serving

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and chopped rosemary. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Place your Brie in an oven-safe dish and pour the garlic butter mixture generously over the top.
Baking
  1. Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie looks melted and bubbly.
  2. Keep an eye on it to prevent overheating.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with crackers or bread.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at low heat (300°F or 150°C) for about 5-10 minutes.
