  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Halal-friendly version.
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. If desired, marinate the chicken in olive oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board.
Toasting and Assembling
  1. Prepare garlic bread according to package instructions or your homemade recipe until crispy and golden.
  2. Slice the chicken into thin strips once it has rested for a few minutes.
