Ingredients

For the garlic bread
  • 1 loaf loaf of garlic bread Make sure it's pre-sliced or slice it yourself.
For the cheese filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to substitute with cheddar or gouda.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If your garlic bread isn’t pre-sliced, slice it into bite-sized pieces, making sure not to cut all the way through, so the loaf stays intact.
Mixing and Stuffing
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Carefully spread the cheese mixture between the slices of garlic bread, ensuring each slice gets a generous filling.
Baking
  1. Wrap the garlic bread in aluminum foil, placing it on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheeses are melted and the bread is warm and toasted.
Serving
  1. Remove the garlic bread from the oven, unwrap it, and let it cool for a minute.
  2. Slice it into bite-sized pieces and serve warm. Enjoy with a drizzle of olive oil or your favorite marinara sauce!
