  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with coconut oil or vegetable oil.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs Add one at a time.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Gently fold into the batter.

  3. In another large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Then add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
