For the Fruits
  • Assorted Assorted fresh fruits (suggested: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and more)
For the Glaze (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup fruit glaze Optional for added shine and sweetness.

Method

Bake the Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the cookie dough evenly onto a greased pizza stone or a round baking pan. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Fruit Pizza
  1. Once the cookie crust is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on top using a spatula.
Add the Fresh Fruits
  1. Slice your assorted fruits and artfully arrange them over the top of the cream cheese layer. Get creative—your fruit pizza should look as amazing as it tastes!
Glaze it Up (Optional)
  1. If you’re using a fruit glaze, brush it over the fruits to give your pizza a shine and added sweetness.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Make sure the cookie base cools completely before applying the cream cheese topping to avoid a melty mess. Store in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap; keeps fresh for up to 3 days.
