  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.
  • as needed N/A water To adjust consistency if the mixture is too thick.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and slicing your fruits and vegetables into manageable chunks.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and fruit juice of your choice. Add honey or maple syrup if desired. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjusting Consistency
  1. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water until you reach your desired consistency.
Pouring
  1. Carefully pour your blended mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion when freezing.
Inserting Sticks

Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight for best results.
Serving
  1. Once fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for easier removal. Enjoy your homemade Fruit and Vegetable Ice Pops!

Notes

Store your pops in the freezer for up to 2 months. Wrap them individually in plastic wrap to avoid freezer burn.
