Ingredients
  

Cup Base
  • 1 cup granola Use your favorite granola brand, or make homemade granola.
Filling
  • 2 cups frozen yogurt Any flavor of frozen yogurt can be used.
Topping
  • 1 cup mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries work well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly grease a muffin tray with cooking spray or use silicone muffin cups.
  2. Press granola into each muffin cup to form a firm base, leaving enough space to fill with yogurt.
Layering
  1. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of frozen yogurt into each granola-lined cup, smoothing it down.
  2. Scatter mixed berries over the yogurt layer, pressing them in slightly.
Freezing
  1. Place the muffin tray in the freezer and allow it to set for at least 3-4 hours or until completely firm.
Serving
  1. Pop the granola cups out once frozen and enjoy as a snack, light dessert, or breakfast treat.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Best consumed within a week for optimal taste and texture. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
