Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen yogurt Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1 cup granola Use store-bought or homemade granola.
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (such as berries or banana slices) Choose seasonal fruits.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 12 pieces mini cupcake liners For holding the cups.

Preparation
  1. Start by placing mini cupcake liners into a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola and honey or maple syrup (if using). Fill each cupcake liner with an even layer of the granola mixture, pressing down gently.
  3. Spoon the frozen yogurt over the granola layer in each cup, smoothing it out.
  4. Sprinkle fresh fruit on top of the yogurt in each cup.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the cups from the muffin tin and peel off the liners.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

These cups can be made a day in advance and stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let them sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving if needed.
