- If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw for a few minutes and then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Dip each strawberry piece into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well coated, then shake off any excess yogurt.
- Place the yogurt-coated strawberries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spaced out to avoid sticking.
- Place the tray in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 2-3 hours until fully set.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and enjoy your refreshing treats immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. They last about a month, but best enjoyed within the first week. No need to reheat, just eat straight from the freezer.
