Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries Can substitute with fresh strawberries.
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular) Greek yogurt preferred for creaminess.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for flavor enhancement.

Method

Preparation
  1. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw for a few minutes and then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Dip each strawberry piece into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are well coated, then shake off any excess yogurt.
  4. Place the yogurt-coated strawberries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spaced out to avoid sticking.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 2-3 hours until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and enjoy your refreshing treats immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. They last about a month, but best enjoyed within the first week. No need to reheat, just eat straight from the freezer.
