  • 2 bars Protein Bars (your favorite flavor) Make sure to choose protein bars that are Halal-certified.
  • 2 cups Marshmallows (mini or regular) Mini marshmallows yield a better texture.
  • 1 cup Chocolate (dark or milk) Use according to your preference.
  • 8 squares Graham Crackers These will form the base and top of the treat.
  • to taste Optional: Milk or nut butter for drizzling Use as a topping for added flavor.

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Break the protein bars into smaller pieces for easier handling.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between until it’s completely smooth.
Assembly
  1. Take one graham cracker square and place it on a parchment-lined tray.
  2. Spread a layer of the broken protein bar pieces over the graham cracker, followed by a generous layer of marshmallows.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the marshmallows ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place another graham cracker square on top, pressing down slightly to create a sandwich.
  5. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours, allowing the layers to set and freeze completely.
  7. Once frozen, slice into squares and serve. Drizzle optional nut butter for an extra flair!
