- Gather all your ingredients. Break the protein bars into smaller pieces for easier handling.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between until it’s completely smooth.
Assembly
- Take one graham cracker square and place it on a parchment-lined tray.
- Spread a layer of the broken protein bar pieces over the graham cracker, followed by a generous layer of marshmallows.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over the marshmallows ensuring even coverage.
- Place another graham cracker square on top, pressing down slightly to create a sandwich.
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
- Place the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours, allowing the layers to set and freeze completely.
- Once frozen, slice into squares and serve. Drizzle optional nut butter for an extra flair!
