- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk or spatula to thoroughly blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture to check if you’d like to add more sweetness or cocoa to suit your personal preference.
- Once satisfied with your blend, transfer it into an airtight container and flatten the top with a spatula.
Freezing
- Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- For a softer texture, freeze for 2-3 hours.
Serving
- When ready to serve, take it out of the freezer and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes for easier scooping.
- Serve in bowls or cones, and add your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, nuts, or honey.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt instead. To avoid ice crystals, store in an airtight container.
