Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk or spatula to thoroughly blend everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture to check if you’d like to add more sweetness or cocoa to suit your personal preference.
  3. Once satisfied with your blend, transfer it into an airtight container and flatten the top with a spatula.
Freezing
  1. Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  2. For a softer texture, freeze for 2-3 hours.
Serving
  1. When ready to serve, take it out of the freezer and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes for easier scooping.
  2. Serve in bowls or cones, and add your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, nuts, or honey.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt instead. To avoid ice crystals, store in an airtight container.
