Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lay your frozen fish sticks out on a clean plate or cutting board. There's no need to thaw them!
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to ensure the fish sticks don’t stick.
- Place the frozen fish sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd for even cooking.
Cooking
- Set the timer for 10 minutes, cooking until they become beautifully golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even browning.
- Check to ensure they’re cooked through and crispy. If they need a bit longer, add 1-2 more minutes as necessary.
- Remove the fish sticks from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until heated through. Avoid the microwave to keep them crunchy.
