Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bag Frozen fish sticks (about 16-20 fish sticks)
  • Cooking spray (olive oil or canola oil) As needed to coat the air fryer basket
  • Tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or any preferred dips For serving (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Lay your frozen fish sticks out on a clean plate or cutting board. There's no need to thaw them!
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to ensure the fish sticks don’t stick.
  4. Place the frozen fish sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Set the timer for 10 minutes, cooking until they become beautifully golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even browning.
  2. Check to ensure they’re cooked through and crispy. If they need a bit longer, add 1-2 more minutes as necessary.
  3. Remove the fish sticks from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until heated through. Avoid the microwave to keep them crunchy.
