Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) Feel free to customize depending on your taste.
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular) Greek yogurt gives a creamier texture; regular yogurt provides a lighter consistency.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup granola Optional for added crunch.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by measuring out your frozen mixed berries.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and honey until well combined.
Layering
  1. Use silicone molds or a parchment-lined tray. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each mold, followed by a layer of mixed berries. Repeat until the top, leaving a little space.
Topping and Freezing
  1. If using granola, sprinkle it on top of the last yogurt layer.
  2. Place the molds or tray in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, remove the bites from the silicone molds or cut into pieces if using a tray. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Best enjoyed immediately after removal from the freezer for that delightful frozen crunch.
