- Start by breaking the chocolate bars into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate pieces with a handful of mini marshmallows.
- Lay the spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, and place a tablespoon of the chocolate-marshmallow filling in the center. Fold the wrapper over to create a pocket and seal the edges tightly with a bit of water.
- In a deep frying pan, heat about two inches of oil over medium heat.
- Carefully drop your prepared bombs into the hot oil. Fry them in batches for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once golden, remove the bombs and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
Notes
You can use different types of chocolate or even Nutella as a filling. Ensure the oil is hot enough before adding the bombs to avoid greasiness. Avoid overfilling the wrappers.
