Preparation
  1. Hull and slice the strawberries to enhance juiciness and flavor.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, coconut water (or juice), and lemon juice. Mash the strawberries gently to create a chunky base.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving room at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for best results.
Serving
  1. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the molds until they release. Serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, substitute strawberries for other fruits like mango or blueberries, keeping sugar levels in check. Store popsicles in the freezer for up to a month.
