Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal. Set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each session until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
- In a separate resealable bag, combine the strawberry-flavored powdered sugar and dried strawberries (if using). Transfer the coated cereal in batches to the bag, seal, and shake well.
- Spread the coated cereal onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow it to cool before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh freeze-dried strawberries. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
