Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 large Eggs Fresh eggs are best for fluffiness
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Preferably low-fat or full-fat
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded Optional, for a cheesy twist
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley or chives For garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or butter For greasing the baking dish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for the perfect bake.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until they’re well beaten. Add the cottage cheese, salt, and pepper, mixing until combined. You can add shredded cheese at this stage if you prefer a cheesy flavor.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter to prevent sticking.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs have puffed up and the edges turn golden brown.
  5. Allow the dish to cool for a moment, then sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Notes
