Ingredients

Ramen and Broth
  • 2 packets Ramen Noodles Use any type preferred.
  • 4 cups Broth (Chicken or Vegetable) Choose based on preference.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breast, sliced thin Can also use chicken thighs.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced For added flavor.
  • 1 cup Cream Creates a rich sauce.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Chili Paste Adjust to taste.
  • 2 cups Vegetables (such as Bok Choy or Bell Peppers), chopped Feel free to customize.
Garnish
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped To add freshness before serving.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Slice the chicken breast and chop the vegetables.
Cooking
  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping a little of the cooking water.
  2. In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and season lightly. Sauté until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the broth and soy sauce, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the cream and chili paste, adjusting based on your spice preference. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  7. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the broth and toss to coat them in the creamy sauce.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top.

Notes

Store leftovers separately; noodles from broth for best texture. For a vegetarian version, swap chicken with tofu or other vegetables and use vegetable broth.
