Preparation
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Slice the chicken breast and chop the vegetables.
Cooking
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping a little of the cooking water.
- In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and season lightly. Sauté until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and soy sauce, bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the cream and chili paste, adjusting based on your spice preference. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the broth and toss to coat them in the creamy sauce.
- Before serving, sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top.
Notes
Store leftovers separately; noodles from broth for best texture. For a vegetarian version, swap chicken with tofu or other vegetables and use vegetable broth.
