  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, ground flaxseed, and chocolate chips. Stir to ensure they’re well mixed.
  2. Pour in the peanut butter and honey along with the vanilla extract. Mix everything together using a spoon or your hands until thoroughly combined.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, ensuring they are bite-sized.
  4. Place the Energy Bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once firm, store them in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy whenever you need a quick boost.
