Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz white chocolate Broken into pieces
  • 1 cup mixed spring-themed sprinkles For decorating
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts Optional, use your favorite nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit Optional, choose fruits like mango or apricots

Method

Preparation
  1. Melt the white chocolate: Start by breaking the white chocolate into pieces and placing it in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Prepare the baking sheet: While the chocolate is melting, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Combine ingredients: Once melted, pour the chocolate onto the lined baking sheet, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. If using nuts and dried fruits, sprinkle them on top while the chocolate is warm and press gently.
  4. Sprinkle it up: Generously cover the surface with spring-themed sprinkles.
  5. Cool and set: Let the bark cool at room temperature for about an hour or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until set.
  6. Break and serve: Once set, break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. You can freeze the bark for longer storage. Allow it to sit at room temperature before enjoying frozen bark.
