- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make them as big or small as preferred.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters have set and hardened.
- Once set, enjoy your homemade treats or store them for later.
Notes
Store the clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. They can be frozen for up to three months, separated with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
