Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Ensure they are halal-certified
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped Can be substituted with almonds or walnuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt To enhance the sweetness
Optional Toppings
  • 1 sprinkle sea salt For an extra flavor kick

Method

Preparation
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Once melted, stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is well combined.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make them as big or small as preferred.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters have set and hardened.
  5. Once set, enjoy your homemade treats or store them for later.

Notes

Store the clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. They can be frozen for up to three months, separated with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
