Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the drained chickpeas on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add spices like cumin or paprika for extra flavor.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Cut the Vegetables
  1. Slice the carrots and cucumber.
  2. Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble Your Snack
  1. On a large platter, arrange the sliced vegetables, crispy chickpeas, and diced avocado.
  2. Place a bowl in the center for the hummus.

Notes
