Ingredients
  

For the dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
For the filling
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the cream cheese glaze
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Combine both mixtures and knead until you form a soft dough.
  4. Let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Make the Filling
  1. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Spread the sliced strawberries over the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll and Cut
  1. Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  2. Cut into equal pieces, around an inch thick.
  3. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare the Glaze
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
